What is your investment criteria?
We are looking for businesses with at least $1 million in revenue and with 40%+ gross margins or 20%+ operating margins. We also prefer a business with a track record of 3 or more years.

Do founders or owners typically stay on?
We are open to founders and owners retaining equity in the business or continuing to operate the business.
