Param Shah is the CEO of Lynnfield, a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and scaling successful technology companies. Previously, he served as CEO and Co-Founder of FactoryFour, where he developed innovative manufacturing execution software used by Fortune 500 companies before the company's successful acquisition in 2020. Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Param is the Founder and Executive Director of the Lotus Life Foundation, which provides vital medical treatment to hundreds of children with disabilities annually in rural India. He is an alumnus of Johns Hopkins University and was recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30.
